The hotel was exceptionally clean based in a classical style building with especially helpful staff. Loved staying at the a double room with original interiors, a table and chairs.

The location of the hotel is amazing, just a short walk from a street market. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options including fruit juices, fresh bread, muesli, cereal, and fruit.

I loved that the hotel provided basic amenities such as fresh towels daily, as well as a selection of books and games for entertainment. Additionally, having bathrooms in the hallway was not an issue at all, as they were clean and easily accessible. Lastly, the fact that breakfast was included, and they offered a delicious muesli, was definitely a bonus.

All was fantastic, no complaints whatsoever.

The central location of this hotel was perfect for us, as we were able to easily explore all that the city had to offer. We were just two city blocks away from the city centre, where we could find shops, cafes, and attractions. the hotel was conveniently located near the wharves area, giving us easy access to the beautiful restaurants and the lively Salamanca Markets.

The only downside we experienced was the initial discomfort with one of the twin beds. However, the staff promptly addressed the issue and provided a more comfortable bed, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay in the end.
